In the chat window, when you write special characters (like ñ, or accents or others non english characters) they appear fine in the input box, but when you press the send button, they are shown wrong.

Windows 10 Spanish - Build 1909
Reaper 6.10/x64
Ninjam server 0.80 (it also happens on public servers)

I've searched before posting this, but found nothing about it.
