hmmm. strange. organized trio and native b4 won't work for me.

B4 WILL make sounds IF i play a key with the mouse... BUT NOT from track playback OR remote midi keyboard. i.e. b4 & trio do not recognize my midi in. the other vsti's do.
B4 works fine in standalone mode and also as it should in Nuendo.
any ideas?
--update. after much futzing, i now can get organized trio to work but only for playback, not live. B4, no way though.
