This is what I do by hand in Vegas Pro 15 and the result is A+++
- Line up new Reaper Mastered audio to original audio by waveform / video inspection lip sync
- Mute old audio
- Switch audio track positions
- Delete old / original audio
Advantage - can still adjust length of video / audio and make fades accordingly - can't do this with "Encode Videos with FFmpeg." BTW - Rendering Reaper video with new audio is not very good sound quality / video sync.
