edit: never mind. just found i could request the html5 player on youtube and your files play fine. oops. tuts much appreciated, btw.

psmeg, are you encoding to flash or is that youtube doing that? if you have a choice, please use html5. i get frequent notices to update flash when i try to use it and adobe has deceptive practices which install mcafee software along with flash. search their forums for LOTS of upset users. flash is incredibly annoying and should no longer be used.
