Not only can it analyse the LUFS level of your mix, it can normalize it to -15.0 LUFS.
And of course it can do this with any mixes you download into Reaper for comparison. It even does multiple tracks at once.
N.B. - At present this extension is only in the pre-release version. It is in the Extensions menu as 'Loudness...'

Yeah this is a great function. I recently used it to even out a bass track in a proggy tune, where there were lots of dynamic variation between the parts. Just cut it up and normalise everything to -24 for example. Works like a charm
