Are you sure they snap to each other and not just to the grid? This would be really nice for groove quantizing, but I'm unable to make the stretch markers snap to markers on other tracks. The only way I'm able to do this is to first move the edit cursor to the desired stretch marker position, and then move the other marker so it snaps to the edit cursor.
