I bought a refurbished Ipad 2 - 9 years old - for two reasons: scrolling through lyrics during a live performance and as a remote control for Reaper. I already use my I-phone for that purpose, but a larger screen would be a good idea I thought.
All I have to do is make contact via Wifi with Reaper, the same way I've been doing it with my I-phone, no problem. What happens next is that I get the image of the master control, but it doesn't respond to anything and I can't scroll down to the tracks. Any one know what the problem is?

I also installed a the Totalmix Remote app for my RME interface, and that does work, although not very consistently

Maybe it's just too old an Ipad?
