Just installed the newest version and it Doesnt work as expected

I have Komplete MK2 S49 Keyboard
and I installed the DLL
Everything looks fine in the Reaper-MIDI options and yet
when I hit Play/Rec/Stop I hear High notes (when a VST is on)
Please advise
