There are a few things to check
Do you have a sustain pedal?
If so check it wasn’t depressed when loading the instrument.
Another common thing I find is that a clip has a Sustain pedal CC ‘On’ but not ‘Off’

For this check your midi clip and you can draw a sustain CC off event (the CC lane for sustain is 64). I often do this, especially when recording continuous looped takes.
