I made of bunch of my own for this theme so that you can clearly see what is enabled and what isn't. I did that using paint.net and the existing toolbar buttons in the theme. But I also use a lot of text vs. icons which only requires a few tweaks in the Reaper theme editor to change. Normal text is set to off white, enabled text is set to light blue for my purposes.
