Yep. I got this message and as I am aware of the rights problems, I sarted Reaper as admin. This seems to have messed up things even more. In fact I could not install the new version, as the DLL had gone and the extension menu was gone.
I moved the DLL from the website in the user extensions folder. Now the extension could be started, but it could not read the database.

I'll try to locate those. Can't I simply delete them.
