Creating Midi devices that are incompatible with the existing API for Midi devices would be a severe shortcoming of Windows.
But M$ is known to be carelessly incompatible to themselves now and again ...
Is there any hardware thingy tunneling an existing Midi stream (USB or 5-pin) via Bluetooth using the "Win10 Midi over Bluetooth" Windows core functionality to decently check out this independently from the midi-stream generating device (which might introduce it's own quirks ) ?
