If he's asking how to turn / bounce midi into audio tracks, that's a general no go with the soundcard's Wavetable synth because for all practical purposes it's an external synth, external to the DAW.
He'd have to either record it back to an audio input or record from the 'Stereo Mix' audio input, if he has that.
I do agree about the Wavetable sound quality though. The wavetable synth on my system sounds better than most freeware GM synths.
