Did you already manage to find (or navigate to) the hidden 'C:\Users\<insert your username here>\AppData\Roaming\REAPER' folder yet (where the reaper.ini file should be located) in the Windows File Explorer?

Because if file extensions are hidden, it only shows 'reaper' as filename (instead of reaper.ini): https://www.howtogeek.com/205086/beg...le-extensions/

EDIT: Info about how to find the Appdata\Roaming folder ('C:\Users\<insert your username here>\AppData\Roaming') can be found here: https://www.howtogeek.com/318177/wha...er-in-windows/
