There are
many small developers who are both artistically talented and successfully running the business side as well....Uhe, Synapse, Rob Lee, Xenos, Blue Cat, and on and on and on.....
So if you're going to once again by inference defend the offer of the OP you'll once again be rebuffed by the simple logic that his deal is not fair...
