why don't you just route the output mix of ninjam back to the input channels (that should be muted for this task) and send that through ninjam. Then everyone that wants to have the mix of the sound man kann simple set the channel from the mixman to solo or mute all others and he gets the mix as the soundman did. But you could get into trouble when the musicians hear their own sound later on. But this could be overcome by using more than just two output channels and routing every single channel back to its own output channel with the correct volume and pan volumes set, then every musician could select which channel he wants to be muted. Okay, but this idea also means that the bandwidth is doubled:-(.
