What OS are you on?

On Win 7 it is <user>\AppData\Roaming\REAPER.
On XP it is (IIRC) <user>\Application Data\REAPER.
On Vista I guess it's the same as on Win 7.

Also, you have to "Show Hidden Files" to see it (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/u...ddenfiles.mspx, http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...show-hide.html)
