Heya,
My theme. I stole the icons from Terry W's GoWest pack and this started as a mutation of that.
Purpose: My new monitor is really bright and I wanted a darker theme but not very dark to tone it down to avoid eye strain from long sessions. I wanted the buttons to be easy to read.
For Fun: Remember the Winders 95 Plus theme with the cougar background or perhaps it was the amazon theme. Anyway it had a color combo similar to this and I always liked that. Enjoy.
