I don't see the problem... it's only a matter of selecting all 182 tracks, open in the mixer... then setting the width and fader and color for meter, etc as desired. Then locking the tracks, then save as new instance named like
ALL TRACKS
give it a hot key of put the action on a toolbar and save your project... done
Now I don't know how big your monitor is, but you can get the track width very small in the mixer and use the fader 2, so the only issue is gonna be being able to see trak names in the mixer... but you will see their colors
