Are you sure of this ? here, I see supercollapsed tracks with a 4 pixels height, but this, with reaper 5.91. I have also checked what was in the rtconfig.txt file of this theme and have seen this, in its header (line #27) :

tcp_heights 4 24 35 58 ; supercollapsed, collapsed, small(norecarm), recarm size

... which is coherent to what I am experiencing. So, if you want to be sure to make the supercollapsed tracks invisible, check again in the rtconfig.txt the first value of this non Walter instruction, which should indeed be set as 0.
