Sounds to me you have a small mistake in the settings below:
The settings in Patricks app:
Enter X32 IP below: 192.168.3.2
[REAPER]HOST IP: 192.168.3.4
[REAPER] Send to Port: 10025
[REAPER] Recv on Port: 10027
should be:
The settings in Patricks app:
Enter X32 IP below: 192.168.3.2
[REAPER]HOST IP: 192.168.3.3 <-------
[REAPER] Send to Port: 10025
[REAPER] Recv on Port: 10027
indeed the REAPER host IP is your linux system running REAPER, not the system running the X32Reaper utility.
