and that coupled with the new screen-sets functionality being built in right now would be killer. Key presses to switch between edit groups: drums, guitars, Vox... that would be killer.

Especially since Reaper actually disables all CPU eating functions on a track when it is muted. With a panel like that the track is still there but not taking up screen space. |
