Hi merlino, you can do that right in Kontakt. Click ont the "Browse" button to open it, then click on "Auto>Midi Automation".
There you can select any CC automation you want to control the "Dynamics" knob. Simply drag the CC controller over to the "Dynamics" knob and you're good to go.
