Video window flickering behind transparent docker

-> set Docker opacity to 75%
-> place Video window partially over the Docker
-> insert a video
-> bring Docker to foreground
-> set focus to REAPER main window (click on titlebar)

-> playback the video

=> The part of the video window that is covered by the Docker is flashing/flickering on playback.

REAPER 3.52 + 32bit FFmpeg DLLs from http://aegiscorp.free.fr/ffmpeg on Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 and Nvidia GeForce 7600GS (Windows XP SP3).

Here's what I'm getting:

I've tried to capture the screen with VirtualDub. But it's not visible in the captured video. I only see it on live playback in REAPER ...

Capturing with LICEcap doesn't capture the docker window. Don't know why.

Licecap captures the docker now, too (updated). However, a screencap probably doesn't help:

When the flickering happens further down the signal chain (behind the capturing device), it won't show on the screen cap, pointing to an issue with how your GFX subsystem handles overlays or the way Reaper passes that stuff to it.

Still doesn't work here. Transparent docker doesn't get captured.
