"Add envelope points....." options place points at incorrect positions

- Add envelope points when moving items

When this option is enabled, a couple of the envelope points that are created can be placed at slightly incorrect positions. This leads to envelope points being duplicated when moved again......

Also, because the envelope points can be created outside the item border, if a range is created that spans the item and moved or copied, it will (correctly) not move any of the misplacd envelope points outside the range.

Leading on from that, moving/copying a region that spans eg 5.1.00 to 7.1.00 will not (rightly) move/copy envelope points at 7.1.00, which is unfortunately where the right hand points are placed with the "Add env points...." (when they are placed accurately).

Therefore.....
"Add envelope points...." should place the left hand pair of points accurately at the time of the left item/region edge to avoid being duplicated when moved or left out when a region is moved.

"Add envelope points...." should place the right hand pair of points at a fixed minimal offset within the right hand item/region to avoid being duplicated when moved or left out when a region is moved.

edit: in fact, scrub all that "Therefore...." stuff because I can see the logic to the env points for the adjacent automation being outside the moveable/copyable range (although the right-hand item automation point should be within the boudary). It's just whatever Reaper is doing to leave points behind and duplicate them is the issue.
