Batch Converter Can't Overwrite Files in Place
Batch converter fails to overwrite existing files, despite choosing "Overwrite" option.
I'm trying to use the batch converter to perform some sample rate conversions on a couple folders full of wave files. Despite explicitly selecting the "Overwrite" option, the batch converter always throws the error "Can't open destination file." However, if I choose a different destination folder, the conversion completes successfully. I experienced this bug on an earlier version of v4 from about 8 months ago, then just grabbed the latest build to see if it had been fixed, but it's still present.

This happens in the v5rc14b pre-release, too.

This isn't a bug -- overwrite option affects existing files, but the converter can't (and shouldn't be able to) do an in-place overwrite.
