Can't repro. Reaper doesn't get minimized. What's your OS?

I don't see Reaper getting minimized, but it does go to the bottom of the window Z-order, is that what you mean?

I am on Windows XP Service Pack 3

I just tried to reproduce it and I couldn't at first, but them I made Reaper go full screen and it started doing it. After it did it one time it would do it regardless of Reaper being fullscreen or not.

You are right, Reaper doesn't actually get minimized, if I minimize the other program (by right clicking it in the task bar and selecting minimize) Reaper is behind it. Reaper only does this when another program is also being used, in this case Firefox.

Yay somebody else finally has this issue
I can get it to do it with VST plugins the MIDI editor and a bunch of other stuff in Reaper too
It happens way less than it used to but it still does it
Schwa and the dork couldn't repro way back when either ;)
So you are not alone :D
