Renaming MIDI item doesn't update Window title and Tab label

REAPER 3.1415pre2 (also happens with older versions)


-> insert MIDI item
-> open with built-in MIDI editor
-> rename MIDI item in the arrange


Result: MIDI editor window title in still showing old name
Expected: MIDI editor window title gets updated on the fly automatically

-> dock MIDI editor
-> rename MIDI item in the arrange


Result: Tab label in docker still showing old name
Expected: Tab label gets updated on the fly automatically
