Piano roll: Translucent notes show for inactive MIDI Items but not Channels

Enabling translucent notes works for multiple MIDI Items but inactive channels (selected by drop-down menu) are still completely invisible

Enabling the translucent notes effect for inactive/uneditable notes works as expected for inactive MIDI items but not for inactive MIDI channels (selected by the drop-down menu or Multichannel window) -- inactive/uneditable channels are not faint but completely invisible as if the option wasn't set.
