Stop sending all-notes off to VSTi on playback/recording start
Why do you send all-notes off to a VSTi when starting playback or recording? I really don't like this.
Often I wanna hit the recording button and the same time a key on my midi-keyboard. If I hit the midi keybord a bit earlier than the recording button it kills my flow because this first note gets killed by Reaper.
Maybe it's good not to remove this "feature" completely but provide it as an option. Some people might like/need this all-notes-off!?
