Multiple Monitors, windows not synced.
I've been using reaper with dual monitors for a while and it seems to be ignorant of which monitor it is on.
e.g., If I setup reaper to use monitor X, then switch it to use monitor Y(drag the window to the other monitor), then some windows do not switch, they continue to use monitor X. This becomes a real pain.
Also, midi windows do not sync properly. If the midi window is on the same monitor as reaper, it works fine and the midi notes are in view, as soon as the midi window is dragged to the other window, it scrolls in a weird way making me have to go find the midi notes I want to edit.
I think anyone playing around with multiple monitors and having the primary and secondary monitors alternate will run into such issues quickly.

Sorry for the trouble! Please post bugs suspects, questions and help requests in the corresponding forums first. This is not a discussion forum.
This is the issue tracker, a database for reproducible (and confirmed in a previous forum discussion) REAPER bugs following a structure laid out here:
http://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=36653
Alas we can't simply move things between the tracker and the forum. If you still have this issue, can you repost this in the forum for further investigation, please? Thanks!
