New action "Toggle selected track zoom to maximum height"

Currently the "Toggle track zoom to maximum height" action resizes ALL tracks. Would like to have this working on selected track(s) only!

"Toggle selected track(s) zoom to maximum height"

Additionally this action should apply to envelope tracks too: http://forum.cockos.com/project.php?issueid=813
