Extensions functions support with EEL

Make functions created with extensions accessible via EEL and LUA script

Hi !

Problem :
We can't use SWS functions for writing EEL scripts.

Feature Request :
It would be awesome if we could use the functions created in the extensions with EEL script.
It would open scripting to nice things, such as

BR_PositionAtMouseCursor
BR_GetMouseCursorContext
SNM_AddReceive
etc...

More scripting possibility is less people asking for simple actions :)

I don't know if it is technically possible, but it would be very nice !

Note : the same problem occurs with Lua script.
