Midi Velocity Editing & convenience.

Request: Set velocity for new note from last note if we already change velocity.

Benefit: I think it is more logical, less confusing, eliminates unnecessary clicks when we want to draw fast notes with required velocity values.

Reason: We have to set velocity again or look for note with needed velocity if we already change velocity on selected note, we could continue to draw notes with new velocity without seek & click on note with needed velocity.
