Capslock modifier for independent take editing

We need a capslock modifier to allow editing any take, independent of its brothers. That means resizing, splitting, moving/nudging, stretching, fades, everything.

Just, if possible, make the caps lock customizable. My caps lock is working as a solo in front toggle coupled with ctrl+alt+mousewheel to control the volume - and I love it =)

That said, I could really use suggested functionality, so..
