Reducing Envelope Points affects too many

Seqments outside the Time Selection area can be changed, but should not

When using the "in time selection" choice, any reduction in the number of envelope points shuold always keep the first and last selected points so that segments outside are not changed. Have a look at this:

- I think the circled point should be kept, so that the final segment (fuchsia in the last screenshot) does not change outside the time selection.

PS A "Selected points" choice would be valuable too, to work only on those points (current choices are "All points " and "in time selection"
