"Peaks Drawing Interrupted When Moving Tracks"

steps to repro:

1. make a track... then drop a very long (large) audio file on reaper, so it takes a minute to draw peaks...

2. now while the peak file is drawing, change the track order. peak stops drawing.

3. action to force redrawing peaks fails to work when this issue occurs... otherwise: imo this issue would be "not a bug".

+ workaround - in my case tabbed sessions that are not active have their media items taken
offline, so making a new tab and switching back will force the peaks to begin drawing again.
