indication of focus + actions to change focus

currently there is no way to tell whether 'delete' will delete an item or a track.

one fix would be for there to ba a graphical indication of whether items or tracks are focussed: a 1 px outline of the focussed region (or just corners ala renoise) would serve.

then an action to switch between would be great.
