"Do not process muted tracks" not working in some cases

The "Do not process muted tracks" logic is still not going "deep" enough (routing). See this mute 1.rpp (4 kB) project.

-> load it
-> playback
-> track "VST" gets processed (fine)

-> mute the track "Maingroup"
=> now the track "VST" shouldn't be processed anymore (just have a look at the routing). but it still does :(


Fixing this could free quite some CPU resources in REAPER for everyone in large projects with complex routings!
