Timecode/measure burn-in on video export

I love the ability to export an A/V combination (video with sound), but would like to see an additional feature that would help in co-operation of doing discussion soundtracks, video-postpro etc. in a workgroup by time-stamping the exported material.

Suggestions:
- selection of timing based info fields to be used (e.g. timeline TC, measure, tempo, time from/to begin/end of region or to next marker)
- positioning
- selection of font color (& background plate or outline)

I know that this probably will exceed the basic functionality of a sound editing software, but would love to see... :-)

Maybe it is easiest to combine existing features and to implement an option to "dock" the big clock within the video window, add a transparency parameter and render that, this would already do a lot.
