Preferences help texts for newer options
Help texts in the preferences should be added for the new options
Not really a request for a new feature, but one to maintain an existing one.
I can vividly remember how useful the texts that appear at the bottom of the preference window when hovering over an option have been for me. Alas, they are missing for most of the newer features. I think it would be a good idea to invest some time to complete them. At least for those options that don't explain themselves (whichever would be considered so). New users will be thankful for sure.
I know, Cockos, you all have been praying no one ever brings this up :) Sorry.
I'll give this a comfortable priority of 10, so you can breathe.

We filled out a couple of the appearance preferences pages for 3.06. Are there any pages or preferences that seem especially opaque?
