In/Out & To/From points + Move/copy from Track# to track#

Being able to set In & Out points, plus set To & From points, then be able to do the Move or Copy command which opens up another dialogue for Move/Copy From Track # and once checked, you would then be prompted to select which track it goes TO. Scrolling through an entire project full of 75+ tracks, dragging a track you want to move or copy is, um, well, a drag...especially if it's far away on the timeline.
