Track FX latency would be nice to see in the performance meter.

For 3.06 total track PDC will appear in the FX button tooltip.

But for this you need to hover the mouse over each single track. Performance meter would give faster and better overview ...

Looking fine in 3.06pre8!

Just one question: Why is it that the same plugin on the master and audio track show different PDC values?

Voxengo Elephant 3.4

Master: 1024 smpls
Track: 998 smpls

Because of the way Reaper's dynamic PDC works, the actual latency caused by a plugin can vary depending on the buffer block size. If the plugin has processed audio and Reaper knows what its total actual latency is, that's the number that is reported (in the FX chain window, the FX button tooltip, and the performance monitor). If Reaper doesn't know what the actual latency is, the number is what the plugin reports the latency will be. In most cases the first number will be second number rounded up to the next buffer block.
