Goniometer/Correlationmeter needed !!!

Really miss a Goniometer/Correlationmeter in REAPER. Every DAW should come with one :)

Is there a personal reason why? Interested why you don't? ;)

Don't like the interfaces and the (slow) performance.

how many goniometers and corellationmeters need to use in project&? It's enough one instance in master section, no? :)

Basically I had something like this in my mind:

http://www.rme-audio.de/images/products/dc5_sas.png (see the correlation meters at the bottom)

-> one small correlation meter (-1 ... +1) built in on the master channel in REAPER (above or below the master level meter). no plugin.

Would be great IMO.

a bit offtopic, but they're compiled down into asm on the fly - anything using big memory buffers e.g. delays suffer a little but most js effects are surprisingly light on cpu, and they're 64 bit float throughout.

in some cases they could possibly outperform c equivalents - they have no function calling support, so you end up writing everything inline as a result. makes for grotty code but it runs nice and fast.

I'm using this one (and RME Digicheck) - it's free and it looks good.

You may want to use a VST on the master and keep it bypassed when not in use, as drawing the main part may be a bit CPU intensive. Not sure.

Oh, BTW...I use Scwha's Schope for this. Still, Loser's Geniometer works well too.

Check it Out
