A project with the tcp set to the right width would help.

Is the TCP width saved with the project? Doesn't seem so!?

Ok, here the project (although I doubt that the TCP width is saved in the project):
levelmeter-green-line.rpp (2.77kB)

And here you can watch it:
levelmeters-green-line.avi (XviD, 4.42MB)

I've got it, on Windows XP Home, SP2, just by making the TCP a little narrower.:

Ah ha - here it's related to the meter miniimum value setting.

With the range -62 to +6, I get the green line at some TCP widths.
With the range -60 to +6, I don't get the green line

I use -62 to lift the numbers up a bit in the MCP meters.

Reproducable.

Tested in OsX 3.06, range -62 to +6, resizing the bars.

Can someone set it to "Confirmed"?

I see this happening in your screencaps of course, but I simply cannot reproduce it at all. There must be some other factor.

Do the settings help you? <shrug> :)

It seens to happen only on XP and only when the display range is at -62 to +6dB (default I assume). It doesn't happen on Darkstar's settings and also not on e.g. -64dB to +6dB. Pure cosmetic issue on a selected OS with a workaround and the possibility to avoid it in first place.

Here it happens with

-63dB to +2dB

This glitch happens for me with the fader range at default (-72 to +24). However, I have to make the TCP silly narrow before it occurs (which I would not normally have any reason to do), which is to say that it does not functionally affect my use of the program.
