Media Explorer - Error on startup when drive missing

REAPER 3.1415pre2 (older versions also affected I think)

-> insert Audio CD
-> open REAPER
-> open Media Explorer and navigate to the CD drive
-> exit REAPER
-> remove the CD from the drive
-> reopen REAPER

=> Error message that it can't access the drive!? Shouldn't throw out an error in this case! Error is also logged in Windows Event Viewer.


I think I saw the same error with USB removable drives too!
