Acording to your screenshot there's at least meter movement in the Master Track.

- So first check if the correct audio interface is selected and set up under Preferences -> Audio -> Device. Or try to select it again.
- Then check if the correct Hardware outputs are assigned for the Master Track: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lCoxSmr-2VU
- It also seems you have Monitor FX set up (at the top right corner). So check if anything in the Monitor FX chain might be causing any issues, as well: http://www.reaper.fm/videos.php#hk8qN-69tNE

And is there any specific reason why the Phase is Inverted on all Tracks (little blue Circle-Button)?

You'll need to make an Aggregated Audio Device of both (YetiPro + built-in output of the MacBookPro) and select this Aggregate Device as Audio device in Reaper.
