Default FX instances in TCP

Does anyone have a method of listing FX instances in TCP and not in mixer?

Project Media/FX Bay, FX tab.

It's dockable and searchable.

Also, per track: hovering over the TCP FX button shows tooltip, rightclicking FX button lists them selectable for floating.

Though not exactly what the OP asked for, I arrange my layout this way in part so that I can get convenient access to the FX list and sends. It does require first selecting the track.
