Insert FX in position/order?

I'm looking for a way to insert FX into a particular position in the FX chain.

Particularly to insert FX at the 1st position (Top FX slot) and the 3rd.

Massive Bonus: Turn off/on specific plugin outputs


The exact thing I'm trying to do is:

With a Virtual Instrument on the track.

1. Insert Channel router into FX slot 1 (moving Virtual Instrument to Slot 2):
With these settings/preset


2. Insert Channel router into FX slot 1
With these settings/preset


3. Turn off FX outputs 3+4 in Virtual instrument
As in these:


The final result would be...
